Amalia is Operations Director at 2Seck Recruitment and jointly founded the business in 2018.

She is responsible for the sourcing and recruiting of candidates within the London & Home Counties area within the Built Environment.

Amalia has experience in recruiting both permanent and freelance roles and has recently completed assignments for Commercial Manager, Tier 1 Main Contractor, Estimator for High-End Residential Contractor, Senior Quantity Surveyor for Nationwide Residential Developer and a Trainee Estimator for Specialist Building Contractor.
